Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and uudb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the uudb website located at https://uudb.ws and all associated services, products, and features offered therein. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. uudb reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Eligibility Requirements

uudb reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed or has been found to be misrepresented. Any balance held in an ineligible account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and uudb's internal compliance procedures.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the uudb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein. During registration, you are required to:

• ▸Provide a valid mobile phone number that belongs to you and is accessible to you — this number will be used for account verification and password recovery.
• ▸Choose a strong, unique password for your uudb account. Do not reuse a password from another service.
• ▸Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
• ▸Accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy by completing the registration process.
• ▸Not use another person's identity, payment method, or personal details for the purpose of registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. uudb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify uudb support immediately and change your password without delay. uudb support staff will never ask you for your password.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the uudb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). uudb does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the approved payment methods available in the cashier section of your account, which include mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• ▸All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. uudb does not accept third-party deposits and will return funds received from payment sources not matching the account holder's verified details.
• ▸Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. uudb reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• ▸Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
• ▸uudb does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside uudb's control.

Bonuses and Promotions

uudb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• ▸Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• ▸All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the offer page before you claim.

Responsible Gaming

uudb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and can be accessed through the account settings section:

• ▸Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase will only take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• ▸Time-out: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account cannot be used for any activity, including deposits, wagering, or claiming bonuses.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uudb Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• ▸Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity, for any purpose including bonus harvesting.
• ▸Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes in any way not intended by the game design.
• ▸Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share strategic information in real time, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage on any live or multiplayer game or sports betting market.
• ▸Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• ▸Exploiting software bugs, errors in game display, or pricing errors in sports betting markets to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings arising from a manifest error are void and will be deducted from the account balance.

uudb's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may contact support to request a review, but uudb's internal review decision will be conclusive and binding.

Account Suspension and Termination

uudb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) a player's conduct poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players; (c) uudb is required to do so to comply with applicable law, a court order, or the direction of a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (d) a player's account has been inactive for an extended period and uudb has been unable to contact the player through the registered contact details.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than a proven breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uudb, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any technical malfunction. uudb's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. uudb makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. uudb will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the uudb Platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of uudb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of uudb, except as necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose during a normal browsing session.

Amendments to These Terms

uudb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uudb will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where reasonably practicable, uudb will provide advance notice of material changes via a notification on the Platform or via the contact details registered to your account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting uudb support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which uudb operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through uudb's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as appropriate. Players are encouraged to contact uudb support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
